Self Service = The Best Service

Offering the right level of service can be tricky. First, if you think you're providing service just because you have a body in the store, you're wrong.

Second, consumers have a whole new definition of service today. They want service when they want it, the way they want it - and not always. If you don't recognize that then you're in trouble.

Third, too much service can be just as bad as no service at all.
